LOCTITE® LB 8421 is a pale yellow, clear, solvent-based, oily lubricant spray that foams up when applied. Typically used on chain-driven equipment - chain, pin, roller and bushing areas. Sprockets, open gears, wire rope, pulleys, snatch blocks, hoists, conveyors, fork lifts, elevators, overhead door drives, mining, construction, earthmoving and materials handling equipment.
- Foaming action permits fast, deep penetration with reduced amount of run off
- Protects parts exposed to harmful or corrosive elements - lubricates, protects and prolongs the life of gears, chains, cables and wire rope
- Repels dirt, sand and dust leaving the chain clean and minimizing wear on the gear, chain or cable
- Formulated with additives that reduce the "throw-off" from centrifugal force - reduces the frequency of repeat applications
