 Application: Light duty vacuum and discharge of abrasive powders, fumes, shavings, food granules vapours and for heavy duty industrial and abrasive applications. Can be used for food contact.

The physical properties of Polyurethane offers far better abrasion resistance and flexibility than PVC products.

Smooth bore allows uninterrupted flow of medium.

Construction:
Smooth bore, clear transparent Polyurethane with rigid PVC cream anti-shock spiral.
Temperature:
-20ºC to +80ºC
Conforming Standards:
 FDA 21 CFR

Application:
Smooth bore for suction of granules, abrasive powders and saw dust. Constant wall thickness of 0.9mm for the whole range offers a strong and flexible product at low temperatures.

Resistant to mineral oils, chemicals, atmospherical agents and ozone.
Construction:
Translucent ester based polyurethane reinforced with Polyurethane coated steel spiral. Halogen free material conforms to RoHS regulations.
Temperature:
-40ºC to +90ºC
Conforming Standards:
Can be made electrical conductive in accordance to TRB S 2153 by grounding the spiral.

Application: Lightweight anti static product for suction of granules, abrasive powders and saw dust.
Construction:
Polyurethane / Polyester with spring steel wire. unique organic compound attracts air borne moisture to create a continuous circuit that removes static build up as products pass through.

PHMS20 Vulcano PU Stone


 


Application: For suction of extremely abrasive media, particularly designed for vacuum cleaner trucks, it can also be installed in steelworks, cement factories and in quarries.

Good resistance to mineral oils and chemicals with excellent resistance to ozone and weather.
